Mandatory Document Checklist

  1. Valid Passport copy & recent photo.
  2. Educational certificates and official transcripts.
  3. Experience letters (last 2–5 years).
  4. Good Standing Certificate: Issued within the last 6 months by your home country’s medical council.
  5. Existing Medical Board Registration from your home country.
  6. Special for Surgeons: A 2-year logbook signed and stamped by your current Facility Medical Director.
