1. Legal Entity & Representation
VITA Gateway is a professional service brand registered under Innovation & AI FZCO, a company established and operating under the laws of Dubai, UAE. All service contracts, invoices, and legal obligations are tethered to this parent entity.
2. Scope of Services
VITA Gateway provides consultancy and administrative support for healthcare professional licensing (DHA, DOH, MOHAP), facility management, and primary source verification (DataFlow). While we provide expert guidance, the final decision regarding any license issuance or facility approval rests solely with the respective UAE Health Authorities.
3. Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for providing authentic, accurate, and complete documentation. Innovation & AI FZCO holds no liability for applications rejected, delayed, or blacklisted due to forged, altered, or incorrect information provided by the client.
4. Fees & Payments
- Service fees are paid to Innovation & AI FZCO.
- All VITA Gateway service fees are non-refundable once the application process has commenced (e.g., DataFlow initiated or portal registration).
- Government and third-party fees are subject to change without prior notice as per the respective authorities’ regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Innovation & AI FZCO shall not be held liable for:
- Changes in UAE healthcare laws or Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR).
- Delays caused by third-party verification bodies or government portal downtimes.
- Failure of a candidate to pass mandatory examinations or medical fitness tests.
